  • The objective of this project is to give prospective talent an authentic and raw look at what a day in the life of a Nike employee is like. Seen through a series of photos taken by employees, on a disposable camera, over the course of their day. Annotated with hand-written notes, and featuring key objects or tokens to amplify the storyline and express the personality of each employee—maybe car keys, a fallen leaf, or leftover wrappers from lunchtime.

  • The creative direction is derived from finding beauty and order in the natural clutter and disorder of the workspace over 8 hours of work. Stacks of paper, remnants from the trip to the coffee shop, post-it notes, receipts, or maybe an endearing pebble that caught your eye and made it’s way into your pocket. All of these elements are layered and collaged together to tell a cohesive story about Nike as a workplace, through multiple unique perspectives.
